19th Century antique brass Alms collection box. Original owners name to the front W J Wotton. Presume this would have sat in his home maybe in a hallway and he and others visiting could donate to the Alms House. Very well made good heavy guage of brass. One end unscrews so that the money can be removed. A brass rod holds the box together.
