Material

This is a lovely example of Art Nouveau design.  Birmingham 1908 Marks & Cohen.  Super English rose decoration around the top and in the enamel decoration around the base.  The enamel is in good order.  This is probably a liqueur glass, sadly missing the glass liner, but would still make a great addition to a collection.
