This is a large tape measure made by Dean.  Probably made for advertising purposes in shops.  Early 20th century.  Metal ends both sides marked up in centimetres.  Plastic cover on a linen backing.  The thin metal ends have a slightly art nouveau feel to them.  It is in good used condition commensurate with age and use.
