Mother of Pearl

A Georgian silver counter box complete with a set of four mother of pearl counters numbered 1-4.  The box is in great condition as are the counters.  The box has the original gilded interior and in the lid is a circle of protective fabric which appears to be original.  Birmingham 1808, sadly the makers mark on the base is rubbed Sam Pemberton?
