A good quality Scottish silver luckenbooth brooch. The back is clearly marked IONA Sterling Scotland C. A. I which I believe stands for Celtic Art Industries which was active fron the early 1950's. I understand they carried on the work of Alexander Ritchie and used some of his designs. There is also the letter M.
