A lovely deep red enamel silver brooch by the Norwegian maker Knut Andreas Rasmussen.  They ceased business in 1960 so this dates to the 1950's.  Marked to the reverse 925S Sterling Norway and the makers marks.  Lovely condition no damage to the enamel. C clasp fastening in good working order
