A very interesting Norwegian silver vesta.

Marked to the top and side with 830 NM 98.

The NM is not a makers mark it stands for Norsk Monster, which is their equivalent of a copyright/patent.

The top pulls back and then pivots around, very good mechanism.  

There is no S after the 830 but it is definitely silver.

It is in excellent order, the striker is on the base and there are signs of gilding to the interior.
