This is such a cute study of a Basset Hound puppy by Royal Copenhagen.  The mark on the bottom is for 1889-1922.  I understand that it was designed by Peter Herold it has a pattern number 1204 and I believe the second number 1453 is the colourway.  It is in super condition.
