This is a more unusual Sampson Mordan scent bottle, being square in shape. London 1863.

This has its original glass stopper which fits very well. The inside is gilded and the inside of the lid is marked, the bottle is marked on the side and the base.

The floral decoration is in excellent condition and it would appear to be in unused condition.
