A wonderful silve & agate scottish snuff mull.

The agate top is a wonderful colour and in great conditon

The date on the front is 1755 in contemporary engraving.  The other date of 1858 has been added later but has been engraved in the same style.

There is further engraving "den d'amitie sincere et affection.

There is no silver mark but it tests as silver.

Very typically scottish in design.
