A super silver seal of a pheasant Birmingham 1905, possibly by Williams of Birmingham, makers mark not easy to read, but they appear to have made these seal.

The pheasant has red glass eyes, both present.  

On the base of the seal is a Barons/Baronesses coronet with the initial H.
