This is a good example of Victorian tartanware a thimble holder in a lovely dome shape.  It has two tartans Caledonian & Campbell. There is a bone finial on the top, the top pulls off to reveal a red velvet interior. Great condition. It is fitted with a silver thimble, but if this is not required the price can be £135.
